Some of my favorite things

It has been so long since I have done a give-away. I figured one was in order. I have three of my favorite Amy Butler prints I would like to share with you. Simply leave me a comment on this post by Friday, May 1. I will announce a winner sometime in the afternoon that day. Remember to leave me an email address if you do not have a blog to link back to. Go ahead, let me know you were here. If you mention it on your blog, enter to win three times.

I also wanted to show you some of my other favorite things. We went to visit my mother-in-law this past weekend, and look what she gave me! I love this rocking chair. My husband used to sit on it while he was growing up. I painted it white, and had the perfect cushion for it.
If you look closely you can see Jack hiding behind the curtain. We love hide and seek!

Yellow flowers. I can not get enough of them! Can you believe I bought these seven days ago, and they still look like this?

One of my favorite signs of spring is seeing forsythia in bloom. It means that everything else is on it's way.

And this. Of course this is one of my favorite things. It is a slow day around here after a busy week. I always love that.

How bright and cheery - and crayon mural free. I wish my two would slow down and snuggle up. They seem to be more intent on killing each other the last few months. I'm still wondering what happened...
